Syria (Syrian Arab Republic)

__Syria is a one of Arab Home Countries, which locates at the east of the Middle Sea by a shore 183 Km Long.

__Turkey abuts Syria from the North, Iraq from the East, Jordan from the South, Lebanon and Palestine from the West.

__The total area is about 185,000 Km2. Many rivers run across Syria, Euforate (its length in Syria is about 680 Km) and its afferent : Khabour and Balikh. Asi river (in syria 366 Km), Barada (in Damascus region), Yarmok in the south, Ifren in the north and others…

__ there are many lakes, some are sweet as Kitina Lake, some are salty as Jaboli Lake and Jirod, and other are man-made such as Asad-lake at the Euforate River.

__The western mountains are covered forests (oak, pine, laurel, and basil) and syrian climate is nice, winter is rainy, summer is dry and warm.

__There are about 20 million residents live in syria distributed into 14 states, Damascus, Rife-Damascus, Daraa, Konitira, Sowidaa, Homs, Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, Tartous, Latakia, Rika, Dir Al-Zour, Hasaka.

Damascus is the capital, it's the oldest capital that until now present
